I am not recommending any of them. Please use this list, in order, not in a "buy-it-or-leave-it" kind of way.
This list will be updated as I see new supplements that have been proven to work and also as I hear back from patients and doctors who are using supplements and recommending them.
The best way to avoid getting heartburn, vomiting, indigestion, or diarrhea is to take only what you need (and nothing more) when you need it. This is why it's so important that you make sure that you're taking only one substance at a time. That's right – don't take supplements on an empty stomach. This means taking no more than the prescribed daily dose of any food, drink, or medicine that your doctor has prescribed to you.
The most common reason people go on a supplement without really knowing what to do is because they've been told that one particular supplement is the "only" way to heal themselves. But it's not. If you're on a supplement for any other reason (such as a doctor's recommendation), then you're taking it to reduce symptoms, not eliminate them. So, when you hear someone say, "You should take this supplement to heal your body," there are some important questions to ask them.
